Overall this 6 drawer chest serves its purpose and is well made. However, some of the drawers would not close completely, leaving an uneven look as some drawers were sticking out about a 1/4 inch. About a week after delivery Homeworld was able to send a technician to fix/adjust drawers. After about 10 minutes the technician was able to adjust the drawers and the dresser is perfect. All the drawers now close evenly. Very happy with the customer service and am happy with my purchase.
