where's my order?

On the day of your delivery, see where your furniture is and find out when you should expect the big delivery! Please note that this feature is currently only available for Oahu, Maui, and Big Island deliveries. We hope to make this available to the other islands shortly.

Follow the steps below to Track Your Delivery:

1. Type in either your Order Number or the Phone Number with Area Code you put down for the order
2. Click Track

Small package deliveries are shipped to you via FedEx or UPS and are notated prominently on the website with the Quickship tag. You can generally expect Quickship items to arrive within 5-10 business days or sooner of placing your order. Once your Quickship item has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.
